**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Maintenance Systems, the Maintenance Coordinator performs a variety of duties necessary to maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all Nova Scotia Health facilities’ assets. Creates Preventative Maintenance Procedures & Instructions to support the Maintenance & Operations Teams. Updates and maintains documents as needed.
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Graduate from a related, recognized trade program
- Red Seal certification would be considered an asset
- Maintenance Coordinator role is a Provincial role to support all zones.
- Travel between sites & throughout provincial zones may be required, access to reliable transportation required.
- 3-year Building Maintenance Experience required, preferably in a Healthcare Facility.
- Competent computer knowledge & experience required, with experience in Excel, CMMS & SAP.
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

- Permanent, full-time position; 75 hours bi-weekly
**Compensation and Incentives**:
$27.44 - $32.65 Hourly
