We are seeking a skilled and reliable Food Prep Cook to join our team in a fast-paced café environment. This full-time role involves preparing fresh meals, including sandwiches, soups, wraps, salads, hot meals, and baked goods, in our third-floor kitchen. All food is then sent down to the café for grab-and-go service.

Position Details:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 2 PM (Full-Time)
- Compensation: $19/hour (negotiable based on experience)
- Location: Montreal, QC

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble a variety of menu items efficiently and consistently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety standards
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production requirements
- Assist with basic baking tasks as needed
- Ensure quality control and presentation standards are met

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food preparation in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established recipes and procedures
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
- Baking experience is an asset but not required

Nous recherchons un(e) cuisinier(ère) en préparation alimentaire expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dans un café à service rapide. Ce poste à temps plein consiste à préparer des repas frais, y compris des sandwichs, soupes, wraps, salades, plats chauds et produits de boulangerie, dans notre cuisine située au troisième étage. Tous les plats sont ensuite envoyés au café pour un service en libre-service.

Détails du poste:

- Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, 7 h - 14 h (temps plein)
- Rémunération : 19 $/h (négociable selon l’expérience)
- Lieu : Montréal, QC

Responsabilités:

- Préparer et assembler divers éléments du menu de manière efficace et uniforme
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé en respectant les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité
- Travailler de manière autonome et en équipe pour répondre aux exigences de production quotidienne
- Assister à la préparation de certains produits de boulangerie au besoin
- S’assurer que les standards de qualité et de présentation sont respectés

Exigences:

- Expérience préalable en préparation alimentaire dans une cuisine professionnelle
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression
- Fiabilité, ponctualité et aptitude à suivre des recettes et procédures établies
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en favorisant la collaboration en équipe
- Une expérience en boulangerie est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire
