**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support cooks by providing necessary supplies and ingredients during meal preparation.
- Clean kitchen equipment and utensils as needed to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Assist in stocking inventory and managing supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-equipped at all times.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and cooking techniques.
