_**Job Description**_

We are seeking a skilled Quotation Specialist to join our dynamic Sales department. As a Quotation Specialist you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate quotes based on tender documents and drawings, collaborating with senior team members to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy. This role involves staying current with industry trends, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the development of internal tools to manage sales opportunities. - **Responsibilities**:_
- **Quote Preparation**: prepare quotes based on tender documents and drawings.
- **Relationships Building**: Collaborate with senior team members to build and maintain new and current relationships with contractors, distributions, and consultants.
- **Brand Strategy Development**: Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- **Sales Opportunities**: Seek out and follow-up on new sales opportunities.
- **Internal Tools Development**: Support the development of internal tools, including CRM to track current opportunities.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Past work experience in inside sales or similar role.
- Proficient in sales CRM for opportunity management.
- Experience with research using data analytics software.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- **Highly Preferred**:_
- Knowledge of Pipe Drive software.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the electrical industry, in a sales or coordinator position.
- Familiarity with electrical power distribution equipment and related infrastructure.
