Social Media and Marketing Manager

Worst Group is a restaurant group that currently has 7 concepts with 4 new ones on the way.
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the social media accounts for several of our different brands. Additionally you will be taking the lead and creating an online presence for our new concepts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital presence and contribute to the growth of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including pictures, videos, and written posts
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media efforts
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Help develop and improve our websites
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
- Experience in social media management or a related role
- Organized and good with planning
- Basic photography, videography and graphic design skills would be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook and Instagram Ads
- Bilingual: English and French
- Has a car to get to be able to visit our restaurants
Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
