**Job Description**:

- So, what will your new role look like?_

Daily, your role will be to promote the Marketing team’s initiatives, in particular the Content team, which you will be a part of, on our social media. You will establish the social presence of GSoft products and develop an engaged community. You will:

- Develop a marketing strategy for GSoft’s products on social media
- Develop content to increase community engagement online
- Create a brand persona through the brand’s online channels
- Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand daily
- Respond to customer queries through social networks and liaise with the Customer Success team when necessary
- Contribute to social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/leads
- Work together with the marketing department and graphic designers to create compelling content for publication or campaigns
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Ensure all social media efforts support digital marketing goals and GSoft’s unique messaging

You will join a passionate team of individuals that are aiming for success. You will have the opportunity to connect with multiple teams in the organization to define the content strategy for our owned and earned media.

Moreover, you will be working closely with the Content Marketing team to ensure we leverage what they produce in a way that generates awareness and consideration for our family of products.
- What are the upcoming challenges for your team?_
- Creating an effective Social Media Strategy for our different brands (ShareGate, Officevibe, and new products to come)
- Operationalizing content creation to better leverage content on social medias and other owned and earned digital touchpoints
- Capitalizing in a timely matter on trends and community management opportunities to generate value for GSoft and its products
- Developing initiatives to leverage our most engaged customers and super fans to spread the word about our products

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills (English and French)
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video)
- Familiarity with web design (use of DIY tools such as Canva is an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
