As a key member of the Technology Platforms team, in the Information Technology Division, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure strategy and roadmap. You will develop and coordinate the cloud architecture and roadmap for the enterprise. Along with owning overall cloud strategy you are accountable for leading a cultural change for cloud adoption. You are recognized as a thought leader who influences decisions made by senior leadership and advances the craft of architecture and software development within our enterprise. You lead and may manage a small team and help them make design choices that align to the enterprise architecture vision. Your role also covers technical aspects of cloud such as creating configuration templates, network integration and incident management. Collaboration with other stakeholders for aspects such as identity and access management (IAM), architecture, security, change coordination, and communication of cloud strategy will also be required. **_Responsibilities:_** - Ensure all solutions exhibit principles of the "Well-Architected" framework, such as high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment. - Establishes and leads the cloud technology strategy, cloud technology roadmaps, and cloud center of excellence that enable the division to move and succeed with cloud technologies requirements. - Provides oversight at the portfolio level influencing decision making and prioritizing the cloud backlog for technical debt reduction. - Optimize cost of cloud solutions by identifying waste and automating cloud cost management. - Remains hands on with architecture and software development activities and is deeply knowledgeable in cloud native and - hybrid cloud technology.- Owns, contributes, and supports the definition of policies, procedures, controls, and design patterns for a cloud-first - environment.- Leads, designs, develops, automates, and maintains tools using an automate-first mindset to improve quality and repeatability - of software and infrastructure configuration development and deployment.- Identifies and defines delivery methodologies, adopts key performance indicators (KPIs), increases technology component - reuse, and consolidates platforms, environments, and products.- and technology) scalable solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security Office to develop, maintain, and promote technology standards, technical capability guidelines and/or guardrails.
