**Inside Sales Representative**

Reporting to the Vice President, the Inside Sales Representative is a customer relations position tasked with screening phone calls to determine who they need to be forwarded to, along with taking customer calls and relaying information to the Dispatch Coordinator in a timely and organized manner.
Inside Sales Representatives are also responsible for coordinating, tracking, maintaining vendor relations, and assisting the AR department with 3rd party equipment rentals. This position is also required to work very closely with the Dispatch Coordinator to ensure our entire workload is being managed efficiently and customers are kept updated on their schedules.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering day-to-day sales calls.
- Working with outside sales.
- Cold calling.
- Rental coordinating.
- Generating quotes.
- Customer follow-ups.
- Manages sales volume with an existing group of customers, and prospects successfully to expand the customer base.
- Forecasts, prospects, and bids for a new business to include customers, markets, and additional service opportunities.
- Maintains existing and builds new customer partnerships.
- Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers on all levels of an organization.
- Shares market and competitor information with all applicable channels within the organization; establishes relationships and working partnerships.
- Partners with customers, vendors, Credit, and A/R to quickly resolve customer service issues.
- Identifies customer products needs and coordinates execution of orders.

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- 1 Hour Lunch Break
- Sales Team Covers Customer Calls during the evenings.
- Saturday to Sunday
- Covers Phones & Dispatching every other weekend.
