Electrogas has been a family orientated business for over 25 years, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and collaborative culture. We're looking for a new team member for the Inside Sales position at our Red Deer branch.

**Responsibilities include and are not limited to**:

- Assisting Customers at Front Desk
- Answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate parties
- Providing Customer Quotes
- Obtain and Fill Customer Orders
- Educating Customers on Products
- Upselling Equipment
- Ordering, Maintaining, and Reconciling Inventory
- Data Entry
- ERP software navigation
- CRM software navigation
- Processing Payments
- Helping with Product Preparation
- Troubleshooting and Calibrating Gas Detection Equipment

**Qualifications**:

- Multi-Tasking
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Computer Literate

- Excellent Customer Service Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,800.00-$4,000.00 per month
