We are looking for dedicated, self-motivated individuals to join our expanding team_.

**Maintenance Technician
- Monday to Friday; 7:00am - 5:00pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and Repair industrial machinery, mechanical equipment and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, technical and mechanical problems and resolve deficiencies in a timely manner to minimize production down time.
- Fabrication of customized fixtures, jigs, and tooling.
- Work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Follow all established company policies regarding Health & Safety (Lock Out/Tag Out, and Fall Arrest).
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, and scheduled equipment cleaning routines.
- Multi-task between equipment breakdowns and other projects.
- Responsible for building maintenance and upkeep.
- Communicate equipment issues, part requirements with other members of maintenance team.
- Required to be on call for multiple shifts and work over time as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary School completion is required
- Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certification (433A) is an asset
- Experience as an industrial mechanic (At least 2 years)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience troubleshooting Automated machinery
- Experience with fabrication (welding) is an asset
- Experience and knowledge of Industrial Safety Protocols (Fall Arrest, Lock Out/Tag Out, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
