Thunder Bay, Canada Field Trip Health Full time

**About Field Trip Health**

Field Trip Health is one of Canada’s leading providers of innovative, evidence-based mental health care, including **psychedelic-assisted therapies** like ketamine. Our **At-Home Ketamine Therapy Program** brings safe and effective treatment to clients in the comfort of their homes across **Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia**. We’ve helped thousands of Canadians navigate treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health challenges.

We’re a mission-driven company backed by a team of clinicians, therapists, and operational experts who believe deeply in compassionate, client-centred care.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused **Program Coordinator** to manage our national **At-Home Ketamine Therapy Program**. You’ll operate it like a virtual clinic—leading intake and client experience, managing a team of casual nurses across three provinces, and continuously improving the quality of our care.

This is a **mid-level role** on our Care Team with significant autonomy and impact. You’ll be based out of one of our Field Trip Health clinics, with **Montreal preferred** due to the bilingual nature of the role.

**What You’ll Do**

**Client & Care Operations**
- Manage the day-to-day logistics and flow of the at-home program across ON, QC, and BC
- Coordinate with the Care Team to handle leads, screening, onboarding, and scheduling
- Ensure a seamless, warm, and professional experience for every client
- Track client progress and coordinate with clinical staff when needs change

**Team Management**
- Hire, train, and schedule a growing team of casual nurses
- Ensure all nurses follow Field Trip’s protocols and documentation standards
- Provide coaching and ongoing support to ensure high clinical quality and team satisfaction

**Quality & Program Improvement**
- Monitor documentation, feedback, and client outcomes
- Implement systems to ensure compliance, safety, and consistency
- Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows in collaboration with leadership

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3+ years of experience in clinic coordination, healthcare operations, or patient navigation
- Strong project management and communication skills
- A compassionate, people-first approach to client and team relationships
- Comfort working across provinces and coordinating virtual care
- **Bilingualism (English/French)** is a major asset
- Experience with mental health care or psychedelic therapy is a bonus (but not required)

**You’ll Succeed in This Role If You**
- Love bringing clarity and organization to complex workflows
- Are energized by supporting clients and health professionals alike
- Are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment
- Are passionate about expanding access to mental health care that works

**Compensation & Perks**
- **Salary**: $55,000-$70,000/year depending on experience, language ability, and location
- On-site work at one of our Canadian clinics with a highly collaborative team
- Opportunities for growth and advancement in a rapidly expanding company
- Access to psychedelic therapy education, staff discounts, and wellness resources
- Make a real impact on people’s lives every day

**To Apply**

Submit your resume and a short cover letter via Indeed. Tell us **why you’re excited** about leading a cutting-edge mental health program — and how your skills will help clients get the care they need, when and where they need it.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
