Manager, Growth Marketing

**What you’ll do**
- Develop and own the overarching growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, traffic and sales, and retention goals
- Work closely with the eComm team to ensure traffic, conversion, and sales KPI’s are achieved
- Leverage A/B testing, customer data, and analytics to refine strategies and maximize ROI on campaigns throughout the full marketing customer funnel.
- Lead performance marketing efforts, including PPC, display, retargeting, paid social, and mobile campaigns, ensuring optimal CPM, CAC and LTV ratios.
- Utilize advanced attribution models to optimize campaigns and efficiently allocate budgets across channels.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and refine strategies to improve performance and scalability.
- Oversee planning and execution of digital content calendar as it pertains to each individual traffic channel, ensuring brand campaigns, evergreen content, and retail moments are captured strategically.
- Create and oversee implementation of strategic loyalty program and omni CRM initiatives.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve retention metrics through a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Creative, and Analytics, to align growth initiatives with broader company goals.
- Lead creation of the annual budget, including KPI setting as well as spend allocation across all paid media channels.
- Leverage customer feedback, behaviour data, and competitive insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy.
- Stay on top of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging channels to drive forward-thinking marketing approaches.
**What you bring**
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, with experience in a leadership role within a B2C environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), CRM systems (Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Triangle Customer Universe), and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing and proven success optimizing KPIs across the marketing funnel.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to dive into the tactical when necessary, and not just stay at the strategic level.
- Experience in a high-growth B2C company.
- Expertise in content marketing and customer retention strategies.
- Experience across both Canadian and US markets considered a nice to have.
