We specialize in hosting exclusive group dining events for corporate clients, pharmaceutical dinners, social celebrations, and intimate family gatherings. We are seeking a sophisticated and highly organized individualto join our team and elevate the guest experience from first inquiry to final farewell.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary contact for all private dining inquiries
- Conduct detailed site visits and walkthroughs with potential clients, highlighting the restaurant’s capabilities and ambiancePrepare customized proposals, floor plans, and present menu options
- Coordinate all event logistics, including timelines, seating charts, AV needs, and décor, in collaboration with internal departments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, pharmaceutical, and social clients
- Provide prompt, polished, and professional communication throughout the planning process

**Event Execution**
- Be on-site during events to oversee execution, ensure service excellence, and act as the liaison between the client and restaurant team
- Conduct final walkthroughs and manage any last-minute adjustments

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3+ years of event planning or private dining sales experience, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; poised, polished, and articulate
- Strong presentation and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance guidelines is a strong plus
- Proficiency in event management software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with the booking software **Tripleseat** is a significant plus
