Purpose:
The Recruitment Coordinator is accountable for assisting the Human Resources Team in the recruitment, selection and onboarding process across the organization.

Location: Ontario Medical Supply, Ottawa, ON
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Specialist
No. of Positions: 1
ATR: 4671
Type: Full time, Contract (3 months)

**Salary**: Hourly, commensurate with experience

Job Responsibilities:

- Sending requests for information and obtaining background checks & driver’s abstract (where applicable), requests for tools / equipment / insurance.
- Works with the HR team to provide onboarding / orientation to new hires, and that all documentation is complete, including first day orientation as required
- Internal and external communications
- Filing
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience
- Minimum of 1 year administrative experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry would be an asset

**Skills**:

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize effectively, with a sense of urgency as required
- Organized and detail oriented with solid analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbal and in writing
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an Asset
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
