This role is ideal for someone with experience in a B2B environment, strong technical acumen, and a customer-focused approach. As a key liaison between our customers, outside sales representatives, and production team, you will provide direct customer support and inside sales assistance to ensure smooth order processing and exceptional service delivery. You will report to the Customer Service Manager.

**Location**: Dartmouth

**Hours**: Monday to Friday day shift, fulltime in office

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, addressing inquiries and providing product solutions.
- Work closely with outside sales to support their accounts and manage customer requests.
- Process quotes, orders, and custom packaging solutions with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance on product specifications, materials, and order requirements.
- Utilize CRM and order management software to track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and proactively provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a B2B, manufacturing, or industrial setting (retail, call center, and fast-food backgrounds are **not**applicable to this role).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn about corrugated packaging solutions.
- Experience with inside sales support, order processing, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem-solve, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
- Proficiency in French, spoken and written, an asset.
