The Customer Service Associate role requires an attentive and outgoing powersports enthusiast who, working closely with all departments, will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership. They will set the tone for every experience from the moment a customer calls us on the phone or walks through our front door. Day to day tasks include greeting and walking in-store visitors to the appropriate department, answering and re-routing all inbound calls, placing outbound follow-up calls to improve customer satisfaction and retention, and assisting with in-store events and digital marketing efforts.

**Reporting to the General Manager, the Customer Service Associate’s primary responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- Greeting each visitor with enthusiasm and professionalism, directing them to the appropriate department, and introducing them to a sales associate.
- Monitoring and engaging customers in the showroom to ensure no visitor is ever ignored.
- Engaging with customers as they exit the store to ensure they were satisfied with their visit.
- Managing the main reception phone system including auto-attendant programming for after hours and holidays.
- Work closely with Sales and Service Department staff, placing outbound follow-up calls to customers regarding their recent purchase or service to improve CSI scores and build positive customer relationships.
- Monitor social media accounts for Sales, Service, Parts and Apparel Department leads.
- Assist with administrative tasks required by the F&I/business office, as required.

- Self-motivated and energetic, with a desire to improve the status quo
- Organizational and planning skills, with good attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in a dealership or retail environment
- A passion for motorcycles or powersports

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
