As one of the first points of contact with our customers, your customer service skills need to be second to none with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, providing and exceptional customer experience.

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software, computer/tech savvy

The best Customer Service Representatives find a sense of accomplishment in helping our customers and are natural problem solvers, able to troubleshoot and find solutions. The overall goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
