**Junior Project Coordinator - Job Description**

Power Bus Way Ltd. is a manufacturer of power distribution equipment, located in Mississauga. We are seeking a junior project coordinator who can direct, communicate, and ensure the team stays on track. The junior project coordinator will report to the Project Manager and General Manager and will be responsible for coordinating engineering, procurement, and production work. This role will require continuous communication with all project team members and will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing various scopes of work.

- Hours of work: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday and 8am - 12pm on Fridays_

**Responsibilities**
- Enter new orders/data entry.
- Record, track, and maintain data across various systems.
- Provide documents required as part of the supply contract (Vendor Data and Document Requirements or VDDR).
- Ensure the project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the length of the project.
- Communicate plans, actions, and possible issues with ongoing projects.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Assist the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes.
- Manage day-to-day activities for the Project Management team.
- Analyze project data and produce progress reports.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Software/data entry skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with the Odoo ERP system is an asset.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Access.
- Understanding of Gantt chart/milestones required.
- Proficient with Adobe software.
- 1+ years of experience as a project coordinator.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines.
