Canuck Door Systems is a Mississauga-based commercial door systems company. We are a premier supplier and servicer of glass aluminum storefront door systems, metal doors, overhead doors and dock systems. Canuck Door Systems is a one-stop shop for all our clients’ door needs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Canuck Door Systems is looking for a Coordinator/ Estimator /Customer Service Representative who will work closely with customers, salespersons and lead technicians to coordinate job orders, create sales estimates, source materials and parts required for ongoing jobs:
**Estimating and Purchasing**
- Prepare a detailed cost estimate of materials and labour for the Salespersons based on the customer’s requests or/and tenders' requirements.
- Update cost estimate after take-offs
- Prepare accurate quotes on spare parts and materials for Service Technician
- Prepare quotation requests for suppliers and obtain quotations.
- Prepare production specifications for final approval
- Prepare shop drawings for final approval
- Prepare and Submit Purchase Orders
- Follow up on purchase orders and estimated delivery time

**Coordination / Customer Service**
- Receive, schedule and dispatch Job Orders
- Update Job Orders
- Coordinate jobs with customers
- Obtain customer feedback and review
- Collect payments
- Prepare Installation hardware
- Receive shipment
- Maintain Warehouse

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have a Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management diploma
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Be able to understand project documents and blueprints to create accurate estimates quickly
- Have strong attention to details
- Have methodical skills in filing and record-keeping with all relevant project documentation
- Be able to work under a high pressure to meet deadlines
- Be Self-motivated, professional and flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have basic AutoCAD knowledge and skills
- Have Excellent communication skills

**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. University or College.
