As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced marketing communications team responsible for leading the strategy and execution of marketing and communications campaigns. You’ll help manage a high volume of diverse projects and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement and stronger outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in improving the customer experience through effective communication strategies
- Create detailed marketing communication briefs and collaborate with creative agencies for campaign development
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, operations, legal, brand) to ensure alignment and compliance
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to define business rules and refine audience segmentation for targeted messaging
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment
- Strong ability to write marketing briefs and assess creative content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for marketing and technology
- Creative problem-solver who brings proactive solutions to the table
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
