**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented **Cashier / Customer Service Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting with customer inquiries, adding some finishing details on baked goods, packing orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a positive attitude and a smile
- Accurately process sales transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful information about products, services, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storefront
- Restock shelves and showcases as needed
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow all store policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
- Add finishing touches to baked goods as needed
- Pack 3-rd party, website, and wholesale orders in an efficient and timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs on occasion
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
