Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions accurately, and assisting with various store tasks. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Provide prompt and courteous service at the cash register
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong cashiering skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change
- Knowledge of technical sales is an advantage
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently
- Organizational skills to maintain a neat and tidy work environment

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.30-$15.75 per hour
