**Job Summary**
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various aspects of client cases, ensuring that all necessary support and resources are provided to meet their needs.

We assist individuals and businesses in navigating the complexities of Canadian immigration laws and regulations. We are currently seeking a qualified Immigration Case Manager to join our team and contribute to our growing client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations and assess client eligibility for various immigration programs, including Express Entry, PNP, LMIA, study and work permits, and more.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and changes to maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field.
- Manage a diverse caseload, focusing on providing high-quality client service and attention to detail.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely responses.
- Fill out various immigration forms, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and adherence to immigration laws and procedures.
- Learn and implement procedures and documentation requirements for various case types.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration consulting or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration laws and processes, particularly in study permits, work permits, BCPNP, Express Entry, and the International Mobility Program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on accuracy and on-time submission.
- Spanish language skills are an asset; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
