**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. **Duties**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety is required.
