**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee front desk operations, including managing phone systems and greeting visitors.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely service delivery and compliance with agreements.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Supervise clerical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate collaboration.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office management position is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is a plus.
- Experience in training development or team management is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in vendor management and budgeting processes is beneficial.

Pay: $17.27-$25.16 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
