The following is what the position entails:

- Managing your team to ensure exceptional customer services to all of our customers
- Book appointments and showing suites to potential tenants
- Posting advertisements
- Take phone calls from on-site managers, owners, board members, and contractors
- Coordinate unit and building maintenance
- Dealing with Tenant concerns in a timely manner
- Performing Move In/ Out Inspections and Interim Inspections
- Reviewing lease renewals, accounts receivable and cash flow

**Before you apply**

- How many months do we need to give a tenant for a rent increase?
- How many rent increases can we give a tenant a year?
- Maximum security deposit allowed in Alberta?
- How much notice does a landlord have to give a tenant to end a fix term lease?

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of Three (3) years of experience in residential rental property management is required
- Holds a valid Associate license authorized to practice in property management
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, computerized accounting systems, and willingness to learn new systems
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and leadership skills
- Excellent customer care and client management skills
- Valid Alberta Driver’s License and dependable vehicle (No Flexibility)

Licence/Certification:

- RECA Property Management License (required)
- Driver's License (required)
