**Position Outline**:
**Responsibilities**:
Planning and coordination of the PAFNW+ programs including:
- Coordinate language classes and cultural workshops within the Arts & Culture Revitalization Department
- Coordinate events outside of the Arts & Culture Revitalization Department _ie. Elder’s Bingo_
- Keep language and cultural curriculum up to date
- Work with knowledge keepers/workshop facilitators to produce workshops & classes
- Manage the in-house language library
- Manage data related to the language classes ie. Student attendance and databases
- Provide regular updates to the Arts & Culture Revitalization Lead on the progress and outcomes of the language classes and workshops
- Work with the Arts & Culture Revitalization team to complete deliverables
**Qualifications**:
- Having an Indigenous background is an asset but not required
- Excellent event and program coordination
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including resolving conflicts
- Excellent organizational and file management skills
- Having a degree is an asset
- Ability to exercise mature judgement and initiative
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive material with discretion
- Ability to work flexible hour
- Willingness to learn Indigenous culture and tradition

Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
