**Baby Clothing, Kids Clothes, Toddler Clothes | Carter's** **How You’ll Make an Impact**: The Visual and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for preparing and sending all marketing campaigns, promotional campaigns graphics etc. to all stores across Canada, as well as helping with in-store visual initiatives such as instore design and setup. Reporting directly to the SR Manager of Visual Merchandising, the incumbent in this position will be responsible for the following: **Marketing & Print 50%** - Preparing retail print marketing campaign materials in English and French, including design, file preparation for approvals and printing, and master distribution lists for print production and shipping - Creation of print advertisements for promotional campaigns, temporary and permanent graphics for retail stores, and other materials as required by internal and retail store partners - Creation, maintenance and distribution of visual & marketing communications and tools including master store data, promotional campaigns, and retail store tools - Responding to and acting upon daily requests in support of retail stores including tracking marketing kit shipments and arranging for replacement tools to be sent **Visual Merchandising 50%** - Working with multiple external and internal partners to help manage the production process and project timelines - Coordination of visual & marketing materials and supplies for new store openings, and ongoing retail store requirements - Helping with new Visual merchandising initiatives - Some travel to stores required (20%) **We’d Love to Hear from You if**: **Must Have**: - Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop - Knowledgeable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience creating various marketing and print materials from concept through to final print preparation in a corporate or marketing agency environment - Strong listening and communication skills with service driven expertise - Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance multiple projects - Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, attention to detail of quality - Be self-motivated and take initiative - Works well independently and collaboratively - Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and merchandising **Preferred Skills and Experience**: - Retail management experience preferred - 1+ year experience visual merchandising - Degree or diploma in related field, preferred **Our Team Members**: - ** Lead Courageously**:Have a strong sense of personal values that align with our Company values - ** Collaborates Broadly**:Build cooperation, trust, and thrive in a consensus driven environment - ** Customer Focus**:Proactively seek opportunities to leverage data and fact-based insights to serve customers and/or internal clients - ** Drive Growth**:Set aggressive goals and implement plans precisely - ** Cultivates Innovation**: Respectfully challenge the "we’ve always done it this way" mentality and explore new ways to achieve desired outcomes **Make a Career at Carter’s**: - Career Development: Success starts from within, and we have several paths from which you can choose to enhance your career evolution.
