Toronto, Canada Industra Construction Corp. Full time

Industra Construction Corp is looking for a **Civil Foreman **with experience working in heavy civil construction with the ability to manually complete any activity when necessary. This project will in Renous, NB.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interface with the client and other contractors on site.
- Supervise a crew or crews of specific trade disciplines.
- Ensure the safety of the crew, equipment, and work environment.
- Ensure that work is completed during regular hours
- Ensures overall compliance of Industra’s health, safety, and environmental standards as well as occupational health and safety regulations daily.
- Demonstrates ability to lead teams effectively in the day-to-day execution of the work by managing resources, equipment, and labour.
- Completes daily paperwork and conduct daily toolbox talks.
- Coordinates and communicates with the other Foreman and Supervision to ensure the correct sequencing of operations.
- Effective organizational and planning skills; proven experience organizing workloads, managing multiple priorities, and working with multiple deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Red Seal Journeyman Trade certificate preferred
- Minimum of 3 year in a supervisory role
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, project teams and subtrades
- A background in operating heavy equipment; with experience and knowledge in construction and heavy earthworks
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

**Rate, Hours of Work and Travel**:

- Your shift rotation will be 21 days on-site and 7 days off-site (21 and 7 rotation)
- You will work 21 days consecutively at 10 hours per day
- You will receive travel fare per rotation
- You will receive living out allowance per day for food
- All travel costs, accommodations and airfare will be paid by Industra

Pay Rate: $45/HR

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
