Pristine Grounds Maintenance Ltd. is a growing, locally owned company providing high-quality grounds care for acreage, commercial, and municipal properties. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**The Role**
We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and expand our client base. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and promoting our full range of ground maintenance services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and prepare proposals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales (B2B or B2C), preferably in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, aesthetically pleasing transportation.

**What We Offer**:

Pay: $35,359.85-$250,000.00 per year
