**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities** to be taught
- Conduct tree assessments to determine health, stability, and safety risks.
- Perform pruning, trimming, cabling, and removal of trees using industry-standard techniques..
- Utilize rigging skills for safe removal of hazardous or difficult-to-access branches and trees.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, mulching, and soil management.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.

**Qualifications**
- minimum 1-2 years experience in arboriculture, landscape maintenance, or related horticulture fields.
- Strong knowledge of tree biology, pruning techniques, and plant health management.
- Proficiency in rigging techniques for safe tree removal operations.
- Ability to work at heights safely while using appropriate safety gear.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required.
- Relevant certifications such as ISA Certified Arborist are highly desirable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects that promote healthy ecosystems while advancing your skills in arboriculture and landscape management.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
