Office Manager/administrative Assistant

We are looking for someone to join our growing team and assist in our day-to-day operations. We anticipate a part-time position but we're potentially open to full time.
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and re-directing calls to the appropriate staff member as required.
- Assisting with administration tasks including filing, direct mail, and communications.
- Invoicing clients and assisting in account receivable/payables (some bookkeeping duties).
- Tracking and organizing projects (we have existing systems in place).
- Proof reading completed reports.
- Reviewing RFP documents and help to compile proposals.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
**Skill should include**:
Looking for a detail orientated person who has strong organizational skills
Able to work both in a team environment and independently when necessary.
Proficient with accounting software (Sage) ideally and general computer expertise (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
Proficiency in written and spoken English
**Additional skills that would be beneficial**:
An interest in trees, the environment, and the urban forest.
An interest in becoming an ISA certified arborist.
Willingness to help out with other roles in the company if needed.
**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
