Fathom Restaurant is one of Victoria’s most stunning new restaurants and an exceptional dining experience. We offer a unique menu that uses local ingredients inspired by the rugged west coast. We’re looking for a Second Cook to join our close-knit team and prepare high quality products. Shift times will be 2:30pm-11pm. **Weekend availability is a must.**-
- What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of recent line cook experience in a fine-dining establishment
- Food Safe certificate
- Creative, with a passion for growing in the field
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Outstanding team player
- Accountable with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Must be available to work on weekends
