**What will you do?**

Research and Intervention Development
- Conduct rapid literature reviews
- Share meaningful research insights and recommendations with internal audiences
- Incorporate BE principles into Client-facing materials and experiences (e.g., communications, user flows, etc.)
- Conduct and analyze low-risk, high-impact BE experiments

Consultation and Support
- Support teams across the Client Experience Office in making behaviourally-informed decisions backed by research

Development of BE Centre of Excellence
- Monitor internal tests, collect data and pull together results to create meaningful reports for diverse audiences across the organization
- Develop behavioural science training materials and help deliver training
- Produce data visualization, such as infographics & dashboards to communicate insights
- Contribute to capacity building efforts and support continued evolution of the BE practice at Sun Life

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Strong understanding and familiarity with key behavioral science/economics concepts and academic literature
- Strong research and analysis skills, with a demonstrated ability to integrate primary and secondary information to derive behavioural insights
- Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing behavioral science research (qualitative or quantitative)
- Superior organizational, project and time management skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, productively engaging with others at all levels
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills in working with a variety of people and ability to educate, influence, negotiate across different level of stakeholders across the organization
- Demonstrated facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and working teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to synthesize and communicate complex information to various audiences in an engaging and compelling way
- Growth and learning mindset to keep up to date with latest research and insights, and continually update our thinking in the face of new evidence

**What will be nice to have?**
- Familiarity with user research methodologies like interviews, surveys, usability testing
- Experience designing experiments and conducting relevant analyses on collected data (e.g., regression analysis, descriptive analysis)
- Experience developing training, tooling, and other scalable capabilities
- Graphic and/or visual design skills
