We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join our team.

As an E-Commerce Manager at Merangue, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online presence across various e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing product listings, and driving online sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for e-commerce and a desire to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Walmart, Amazon, and Staples.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and executing promotional strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our e-commerce operations.
- Reporting to the office in Markham, ON Monday-Friday to support the General Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field is an asset
- Proven experience with platforms like Walmart, Amazon **Vendor**, and Staples (office stationery segment) is a strong asset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with SEO, social media, and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

**Salary**: $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary **and** uncapped competitive commission

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
