We are looking for a Group Process Facilitator for Strategic HR Workshops to help us meet external client demand for our research-informed engagements which help HR leaders tackle their HR challenges. **Duties & Responsibilities**
- Matching client needs with McLean offerings
- Facilitating a variety of research-informed workshops tackling talent related projects
- Evolving our workshop products and providing high quality HR advice and guidance to McLean & Company’s HR clients
- Manage internal & external stakeholders effectively
- Find innovative ways to evolve our workshop offerings programs
- Support our commercial teams.
- Some examples of strategic HR workshops the Group Process Facilitator will lead include:

- Develop a Talent Management Framework
- Uncover an Impactful Employee Value Proposition
- Develop a Comprehensive Competencies Framework

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources with a practical understanding of how HR professionals operate, combined with solid business instincts to impact organizational landscapes.
- A specialized degree or diploma in Adult Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or Business is an asset.
- Experience delivering client-facing engagements and producing deliverables.
- CHRL, CTP, Coaching, or equivalent professional designation is an asset.

**Skills**
- Proven collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders to assess needs and scope requirements.
- Excellent listening, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work with sales and marketing teams to generate client demand for workshops and other client engagements.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and rapidly changing work environment.
