**International Market Development**:

- Prepare and execute region-specific market development, international student recruitment and partnership plan.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of an international recruitment and marketing plan that addresses market interests resulting in set targets being achieved within budget.
- Research and report updates of education markets to develop an effective marketing strategy and plan.
- The Regional Manager leads a diverse team of recruiters, and student counsellors.
- Accomplish the specified and mandatory goals of enrolment numbers
- Create and maintain student recruitment channels and relationship with agents and partner schools recruiting students from Europe, Africa and Middle East.
- Provide accurate and timely information about Upper Madison College & UMC High School to prospective students in Europe, Africa and Middle East and Canada.
- Organize and attend student orientations, education fairs and other marketing events.
- The position requires regular international travel to promote UMC High School to a wide variety of influencers in the international market place.

**Counselling Support**
- Monitors progress of international students and provides ongoing support, referring students for professional assistance, when appropriate;
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure student satisfaction and success
- Provide supports to other administrative duties upon request

**Job Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary 3-year diploma/degree in Business Management, Marketing, International Relations
- Experience in international student recruitment is preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience, working in international recruitment, international marketing or international business development.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience, working in international recruitment, or international business development in one the target regions, including Middle East, Africa or Europe
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written)
- Knowledge of educational systems and international secondary & post-secondary system of other countries is an asset
- Must be proactive and performance driven
- Willing to travel locally and internationally
- Strong presentation skills and enthusiastic about challenges
- Fluent in other language is a plus
