This is an inside phone position, dealing with business owners in regard to BBB accreditation. If you have the experience & are looking for a career, a place to stay till you're ready to retire, a place with great pay, great benefits, great culture & great people.... you just found it. **Responsibilities**: - Utilize all tools provided and follow a scripted presentation - Paid training and mentoring support. - You are motivated by results and the potential to make a high income - You have a strong desire to be a part of an organization that is the leader in advancing market place trust. - You love a fast-paced environment. - You **love talking on the phone**: - Competitive benefits, vacations and company holidays. **Qualifications**: - Ability to build rapport with clients and **"hunter" mentality**. - Passion for talking to people on the phones in a professional manner. - Computer skills and familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is a plus. - Spanish Language skills are a plus. - Reliable and strong work ethic. - Great energy and a great attitude. Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Extended health care - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kitchener, ON N2H 2M2
