**Job Summary**:
The Reports Coordination Team Lead is responsible for managing the Report Coordination team both administratively and procedurally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Team Leadership & Management**:

- Supervise and mentor a large team responsible for receiving, formatting and delivering assessment reports within mandated timelines.
- Onboard and train new Reports Coordination staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement professional development initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage staff vacation schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize operational disruptions.
- ** Performance Management**:

- Oversee the workflow, report distribution and tracking of reports ensuring both internal and external KPIs are met.
- Ensure late report escalation process is followed and interact with assessors on reports that have not met key performance indicators (KPIs) as needed to improve performance.
- Address client queries and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- ** Monthly & Quarterly Reporting**:

- Identify trends, and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- ** System & Software Usage**:

- Work with Smart Simple and eClaims for workloads and report delivery management.
- Ensure the accurate entry of data into the system and assist with troubleshooting system-related issues as needed.
- ** Compliance & Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the report delivery functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Accredited Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Certification required; relevant experience and education will be considered
- 5 years’ experience working in Client Service position, ideally within the insurance/health car environment.
- Complete computer efficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Adobe Acrobat)
- Experience with Smart Simple, eClaims an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
