**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including Outlook Calendar appointments and meeting arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Assist with proofreading documents and reports to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to internal and external inquiries promptly.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items as necessary.
- Support various clerical tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files systematically for easy access.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service to all stakeholders.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
