**Job Overview**
Central Sanitation is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our team, in our Windsor location.

The Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in creating and fostering a high-performance, outcome-driven team that is aligned with Total Sanitation Services’ Vision/Mission and reflects the company’s core values. As a member of the leadership team, the Operations Supervisor will be relied on for candid input into the day-to-day decision-making process, offer insights, best practices for operational effectiveness and provide leadership in the business reflecting Central Sanitation's desired culture.

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for one or more yard locations. He/she will role model exceptional customer focus and service excellence. The Operations Supervisor will be directly responsible for the productivity and service quality of their assigned yard(s). They will use their well-developed leadership skills to help their team achieve consistent results that satisfy customers and are within the established annual operating budget.

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor workflow and implement strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Participates with the leadership team to create current and long-range objectives and operating plans and associated metrics for measuring results.
- Works with the leadership team to create and finalize operating budgets.
- Under the direction of the General Manager, plans and executes new operational initiatives, ensuring communication and collaboration throughout the entire Yard
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise within the team promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an operations supervisory role or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using various software tools for reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards is preferred.
- Clean driver's abstract and valid driver's license is required

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
