**Overview**
We are looking for a skilled E commerce Specialist who is passionate about E-commerce and Amazon Selling that can seamlessly transition from content creation to analyzing inventory levels.
The ideal E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing our sales on Amazon.
**Requirements**:
- Must have worked, or currently works for Amazon
- 2+ years past experience in Amazon Seller Central E-Commerce.
- Competency using Amazon Seller Central
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to shift priorities quickly, show initiative and work autonomously
- Independent and able to navigate through internal processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in other eCommerce platforms is a plus
**Responsibilities**
- Manage orders and returns and fix stranded inventories
- Develop Amazon online seller business strategies with the marketing department
- Upload A+ Content and fulfill other upload requests
- Organize catalog (i.e. reorganize parent ASINs/SKUs and update categories)
- Strategize to improve weekly marketplace performance metrics
- Leverage Amazon Retail Analytics to derive key business insights and improve operations
- Responsible for maintaining and creating new product listings by coordinating with other team members to obtain optimal content, graphic designs and product images
- Create Ad Campaigns on Seller Central and produce a competitive ACOS
- Search Engine optimization for Amazon
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills
- Ability to work independently while following the overall management strategy
- Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities
- Own day-to-day Seller Central account management
- Submit cases and investigate issues with Amazon
