Regional Sales Manager

Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual sales forecasts, market potential and district plan as required by Sales management.
- Management of Assigned Personnel
- Annual Reviews
- Quarterly District Reviews
- Monthly/Quarterly Joint Calls Completed On Key Customers and Targets
- Required Monthly Paperwork
- Personnel Development
- Collaborates/communicates effectively with Marketing, Industry Specialists and Inter-Division personnel (as needed) on key accounts/industries as it pertains to the selling and specification process and needs
- Keep supervisor informed on key activities and actions in the marketplace that may impact the business.
- Controlled and effective use of expenses through planning and efficient coverage of District and accounts.
- Follow Regal’s Ethics and Safety Programs
- Follow State and Federal Environmental Compliance Programs
- Adhere to all Export, Import and Supply Chain Security Policy requirements relevant to the position.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ Years of Power Transmission Sales Experience
Travel:
- Must travel to successfully meet the needs of the business and customer (~ 40% of month)
