We’re seeking an energetic and personable individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide a truly exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through every step of the custom clothing process—from measurements to final fittings—ensuring their vision becomes a reality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Take the lead and grow into managing a team of stylists, driving an unparalleled customer journey from the moment a client enters our showroom until they leave with their custom creation.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with clients to find their perfect style, guiding them through fabric selection, design, and accessories to curate their ideal look.
- Expertise Development: Mentor stylists in measurement techniques and troubleshooting fit issues, offering creative alteration solutions to achieve the perfect fit.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the production team to verify measurements and ensure that every order meets our high standards of quality.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day showroom operations, scheduling, and workflow to maintain a smooth and efficient environment.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the creation and execution of sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding business objectives.
- Community Engagement:*Meet fascinating people daily while representing SUITABLEE in one of the world’s most stylish cities.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—capable of delivering ideas confidently and positively to both clients and team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility—able to find the best solutions using available resources.
- Passion for formal wear and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.
- Experience in customer service or high-end retail sales is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/French is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
