As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced **Restaurant Manager** to join our team and lead the daily operations of our restaurant.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring everything runs smoothly from opening to closing.
- **Staff Management**: Lead, train, and motivate a team of cooks, and support staff to deliver excellent service.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and making improvements where necessary.
- **Food Quality & Preparation**: Maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation, ensuring food safety standards are followed.
- **Cleanliness & Organization**: Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- **Inventory & Supplies**: Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and track food and beverage costs to optimize profitability.
- **Financial Oversight**: Assist with budgeting, payroll, and reporting to ensure financial goals are met.
- **Marketing & Promotions**: Support and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost restaurant sales and customer engagement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent cooking and food safety knowledge.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, track inventory, and optimize profitability.
- Knowledge of restaurant-specific software and POS systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
