We're looking for a
Marketing Manager
who is
creative, hands-on, and ready to make an impact
. This person will lead and manage all marketing activities, acting as the
steward of the RGC brand
, while also taking a direct role in creating content, managing campaigns, and executing day-to-day marketing tasks.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will
own and execute RGC's marketing strategy
, overseeing both digital and traditional efforts, brand management, and content creation. This role combines
leadership and creative execution
, requiring a proactive individual who can take initiative, deliver measurable results, and bring fresh energy to RGC's marketing presence across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Act as the
  brand steward
  , ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels
• Manage and grow RGC's presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and oversee marketing content — including graphics, videos, print materials, and promotional assets
• Manage website content, updates, and SEO performance (WordPress or similar CMS)
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads)
• Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and company promotions
• Capture or direct photography and videography for project showcases and marketing materials
• Track marketing performance and provide clear reporting to leadership
• Manage marketing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships as needed
• Be prepared to provide confident, articulated and high impact presentations to help support executive leadership in making key decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
  , ideally within construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong balance of
  strategic leadership
  and
  hands-on creative execution
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of marketing — from planning and design to delivery
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms
• Experience maintaining websites (WordPress or similar CMS)
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Photography, videography, or trade show coordination experience is an asset
