**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle cash management, including processing transactions and reconciling cash drawers.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation through regular inspections.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items that meet customer preferences.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new staff members as needed.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in supervising restaurant operations with a focus on leadership and team development.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience using POS systems for transaction management.
- Background in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is a plus.
- Familiarity with the food industry, including food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality management is advantageous but not required.
