**Client Services Administrator**

Report to: Program Manager
- Scope of Position: To be first point of contact for SSNS and to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues. Work with Supervisors and Managers to ensure courses are prepped._
Responsibilities for client services
- Work in a strong team environment that is prepared for future growth and changing business needs
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients, service providers and visitors
- Identify improvements that results in cost competitive and reliable services
- Work in a professional environment
- Manage inbound client calls
- Identify the best solution of customer queries
- Must deliver exceptional Client Service consistently
- Must be able to execute tasks and meet deadlines
- Place priority on client requests and registration requirements
- Monitor sales opportunities when responding to services
- Establish & maintain a high level of knowledge about the services that we offer
- Keep up to date on schedules, changes, and additions to the services that we offer
- High Level of Communication Skills
- Data entry as required
- Work comfortably with other members of the client services team
- Highly organized
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple programs and staff
- Other administrative tasks
- Strong computer skills

**Salary**: $32,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
