**OVERALL SCOPE OF POSITION**:
Assists the Project Managers and the Executive Project Managers in the daily planning, organization, coordination and follow up of all activities relating to ongoing construction projects.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Defines needs and requirements according to the contracts and prepare samples for approval by the PM
- Coordinates the purchase of project materials with buyers
- Verifies the materials for quality control
- Completes manufacturing requests (Work orders)
- Follows up to ensure adequate advancement of projects at various stages of completion
- Communicates information efficiently and in a timely manner to all project stakeholders in the company and to external partners
- Reads architectural plans and contracts to highlight required information
- Prepares information to submit to the technical drafting team
- Reviews the drawings and coordinates modifications/correction as needed
- Enters all pertinent project information in the ERP system
- Provides basic ERP training to Project Managers

**KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**
- Works closely with the Project Managers and the Executive Project Managers
- Other departments such as estimation, drafting, production engineering
- External organizations, construction companies, General Contractors, clients

**QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE)**
- College degree combined with customer service experience,
- 2-3 years experience in a similar position for a cabinetry or millwork manufacturing company is a major asset,
- Autonomy and able to prioritize
- Superior organization and time management skills - ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in computer skills - Office Suite, etc.
- Advanced Excel/Word skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems a strong asset
- Strong verbal and written skills in English and French
- Attention to detail in a fast paced environment
