**Audi Downtown Vancouver** is currently looking to fill a position of a **Delivery Specialist.**

**We have a temporary vacancy for our Delivery Specialist position**
As a Delivery Specialist your goal is to create a customer centered experience that goes above and beyond when delivering purchased vehicles at the dealership and looking after the process from sales to customer.

**Your contribution**:

- Perform delivery paperwork.
- Coordinate with Finance office and arrange deliveries.
- Explaining features and benefits of vehicle to customer at time of delivery.
- Inspect vehicles prior to delivery.
- Arranging accessories with Parts Department/Customers.
- Offering re-delivery with customers.
- Follow up after delivery is completed to ensure no questions have arisen.
- Maintain and achieves the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management.
- Be enthusiastic & knowledgeable about the brand.

**All successful applicants must possess the following qualities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be extremely organized.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Previous Automotive Experience.
